   If I could give a negative star review, I would. My experience with your agent, Jane, regarding a scheduled property viewing on July 21 at 3:30 PM was utterly disappointing and unprofessional. The appointment was confirmed the day before, but Jane’s handling of the situation was unacceptable. I arrived 10 minutes early and messaged Jane at 3:20 PM to let her know I was there— no response. At 3:35 PM, I called to check on her whereabouts, only to learn the appointment had been canceled. Her excuse? She “forgot” about the booking, despite it being confirmed just 24 hours earlier. Even worse, she failed to notify me of the cancellation until I reached out, wasting my time and effort. Her explanation was flimsy and did nothing to excuse her lack of communication or professionalism. This was an inconvenient, and disrespectful experience.

   I haven't really had any problems renting off this company and always found Jane reasonable and approachable to deal with. Reasonably quick to action things that need to be done. I would rent off this company again.

   ***DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY*** house we rented looked great in the photos but must have had a dodgy safety homes inspection done as the house was 100% not! Took me almost a week to get urine smell out of the carpets, had not been cleaned or prepared for a new tenant, toilets were both brown, curtains barely hanging on just an absolute joke! Still waiting for a bond refund that i had to pay ASAP but obviously never the other way round when it’s time to refund the bond. These people don’t care about anyone, or anything other than the money to be paid on time.!!!!

   Currently renting through wiki property i understand everyones had there own experience im just speaking on my own. We moved back to NZ 2023 Secured a house through wiki property been in the house 1 year and i cant fault anything john has been amazing with our family and our transition back on home soil. No problems on our end with wiki property. Good communication! No issues with the house no demands! Great in all areas on my end. Thank you team.

   If i could give 0/5 i would. All i can say is please do your research before renting a property from Wiki or if you're thinking of using Wiki as an agent rent out your property. We rented a property for 3 years with Wiki, No maintenance was done on this rental and was completely unsafe to live in. When we handed in our notice the problems really came to light. They booked viewings without our knowledge, posted photos of our family on the listing without us knowing. made it very clear that we were inconveniencing them by not agreeing to viewings that we didnt know about & then blamed us for the 50yr old decks rot. Jane is also extremely rude.

   If i could give zero stars i would. Jane Doesn't care about the state of a house to rent out before moving in, it's called basic standards which she does not have. It Was unacceptable so please beware as she only wants the money, she took ours and wouldn't give it back so had to take her to tribunal, we won our case and got it all back. Make sure you read up on her before moving into any of the properties she looks after. She has a horrible track record as a landlord.

   Don’t understand how this company is allowed to operate.. we asked for things to be fixed in the house never happened, then when we leave all the issues are our fault, inappropriate communication towards my flatmates late at night and didn’t even bother doing a inspection but then accused us of things like lightbulbs out…no way would I ever reccomend this company. Shouldn’t be operating at all. Embarrassing standards.

   Absolutely shocking level of professionalism. Offered a tenancy late afternoon and was demanding full payment and signed documents by midnight that same night. Had THREE phone calls from them after 10:00pm threatening that if immediate payment wasn't made, they would move to the next applicant. Very uncertain as to how the company is still afloat after looking at previous reviews, and not to mention the article on NZ Herald regarding a CURSE being put on one of their previous tenants. If I could put a star rating lower than 1/5, I most certainly would.

   Demanding we pay the bond 1 day after we received confirmation of application and threatened to pass the opportunity to another applicant when the move in date isn't for over 4 weeks. No understanding of us having a full time job and not being able to sort over $4k in payments in 24hrs. After further reviews of the company I'm not sure how they are still operating. AVOID

   Horrible company to deal with only worried about money let alone doing things correctly. Offer us the place and then decide to cancel the deal for no reason. Being a so called agent you would expect her to follow the legal rules with contacts bond ect. Would never recommend to use this company to anyone.
