What a wonderful business with a fantastic range of postpartum/baby products and more! I've only ever shopped online, but the speed of service and delivery is so quick. Customer service is second to none. I was having issues with my Hushh and they arranged for me to send it to them for testing, and it ended up being a fault with the charging cable, not the product, but they still sent it back to me with a new charging cable at no cost. I will always consider The Sleep Store first when shopping for baby products!
Beautiful products, and amazingly fast delivery! I ordered on Wednesday and my order was delivered on Friday, I don't think I've ever experienced such quick postage. The lady on the phone was really helpful and friendly too when I called to make a product enquiry. Will definitely shop here again - 10/10
The Sleep Store is one of my go to baby/kids Stores. They have the quickest shipping, and a fabulous range of all sorts of kids related things. I love that they only sell products that meets their high standards as parents themselves so I know that my purchases are safe for my kids. They also have a great range of informative videos and articles on their site. They also have an amazing online community and support network and the sleep store team always respond so quickly.
I first discovered The Sleep Store over 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child and I have shopped there ever since. The Sleep Store is hands down the best store to shop with! Their customer service is out of this world amazing and their products are awesome! And I love knowing that when I shop with them I am supporting a wonderful small New Zealand business that really looks after their staff and their customers. I couldn't recommend this business enough and once you shop there I'm sure you'll be a complete convert too.
