   I've had bad experiences with this business so I am not likely to shop with them again. Firstly, I visited the shop and it didn't open at the advertised time. It opened half an hour later. When the shop finally opened, I went in and the shop manager didn't acknowledge me or asked if I needed any help. He was more interested in looking at what was on his computer screen. He was extremely unhelpful and gave me the impression that I was not welcome. Secondly, I placed an online order and payment was made. I then received an email saying that the product was out of stock. They can order more stock to fulfill my order but the price will be much higher. I then cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I wonder if what they did was a breach of consumer rights. There are a lot of good liquor shops around so I don't have to use this one again and save myself further unpleasant experiences

   This company has Terrible service, terrible communication and couldn’t give a care about the customer. I would never deal with this company. Buy from anyone else. The reviews are correct, well except for the 5 start one he done fore his own company.

   Their website showed they had the whiskey I wanted so I placed an order on the Monday and waited. Took them 'til Wednesday night to get back to me that it was out of stock. Fair play to them though they apologized and offered to swap it for something else and would wave the delivery fee. I agreed and waited for a shipping notification. What they hadn't said and I didn't learn 'til Thursday night was it was a more expensive bottle and they were waiting on an additional $22 from me. As I was wanting the bottle for the weekend and it was now unlikely I'd see it by Saturday I asked for a refund which they promptly paid. TLDR: Didn't get want I wanted but overall an okay experience. Con: Communication needs improvement Pro: Offered to replace out of stock item and prompt refunding.

   Parking can be a bit of a nightmare trying to get out back onto Hillsborough rd. The shop is small and densely stocked with a good range of beers and spirits. Wines are not its strong point but if you're on your way to a BBQ its a good plqce to stop.
