We had to have a cracked windscreen replaced and the whole process from booking the car in to having the work completed was seamless. The team were lovely to deal with.
The service technician was so lovely and did such an amazing job. He even finished the job earlier than expected!! I wish I remembered his name, but thank you so much !!!
I arrived on time for my appointment to find the reception area quiet. There were no staff at the desk, only one other customer waiting. I rang the service bell and took a seat. After about 6 minutes with no response, I pressed the bell again in case it hadn’t worked the first time. Another 6 minutes passed, still no one came, even though I could see two staff in the service area. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I had no choice but to leave. I had driven some distance to get there and this was my only day off to get things done. Perhaps the service bell needs checking. Unfortunately, this was a negative experience.
I had an excellent experience with Smith & Smith Glass recently. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, professional, and efficient. I unfortunately don’t remember the names of the man and woman who helped me, but they both deserve serious recognition. Their customer service was top tier friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely keen to help. Not only did they do an amazing job with my windscreen, but they also took the extra time to clean my dashboard and leave the glass absolutely immaculate. That kind of attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience feel above and beyond. Huge thanks to both of them, I’ll definitely be recommending Smith & Smith to friends and family.
If you value your vehicle don't go anywhere near this branch of incompetent Smith & Smith employees , after 3 attempts of fixing their terrible workmanship I ended up having a Landrover dealer fix their mess. AA should reconsider using them

Went through website, followed steps and it states 'call in and we will do the repair on the spot', sit in Auckland traffic for 40 mins to get there, arrive to an empty garage with 3 staff, reaction is you are the third person I've had to turn away this morning (with no other cars being worked on), I can do it after 2pm (its 9am).. doesn't work for me. System needs to change to 'MUST BOOK APPOINTMENT' no matter what.

I took my car in for a stone chip repair and when I picked it up the stone chip repair was this horrible green colour. I asked him about it and he said that just how it comes out sometimes. I’ve had plenty of stonechip repairs and have never had this. My mother Inlaw went into there today for the same thing and she stopped in to show me on the way home and once again same thing. She is also really disappointed. Novus said that it should not look like that.
