To be completely honest, they weren't recommended to me. But I did my recon, and so glad I did! Their customer service team were always kind and knowledgeable. Any questions raised were swiftly tended to.
Their service is excellent, the only downside on this smart start device is when you have to blow while you drive on motorway speed. Even if it gives you 5 min to blow believe it is distraction and might be the cause someday for someone to cause an accident. Otherwise their service is fast and easy. A bit pricey but otherwise no other complaints.

Amazing service also the fact that I can get my car to them within hours and leave it with them when it needs fixing. Great people even came to my house to see if they can get my car going. I have nothing bad to say as they have really looked after me and always smiling. As for the interlock that's a standard procedure but the guy there always talks to you and never judges and that's what us interlockers need positive people. Every time I have dealt with the staff at North Harbour Auto, they have been utterly amazing. Able to fit me in last minute when needed. Fantastic service. Great humour, but not to the expense of what needs to be done. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, efficient and reliable. Would recommend this company to everyone.
