I've been to 4 mechanics who've ripped me off every time, but Hamza and his team has always been the best, honest and reliable. My go-to guy for everything car related. Would recommend 10/10.
These guys are great! I got an awesome deal for a WOF and service from grab one, which really helped financially. Had a small issue with my car, the man I dealt with was straight forward with the cost of the part and labour to fix it. Very happy with the quick fix to get my warrant sorted and most of all the excellent customer service. Highly recommended them, they’re awesome, and their other google reviews speak for that. My go-to spot for anything car related for my 86. Hamza and his team will help you out no matter what the case is. Even if they can't do it, they'll get you in contact with someone who can. And even then, thats not even their strongest point yet. Their prices are amazing, theyre always willing to negotiate and give you a price you are happy with. The team is extremely friendly and efficient, constantly looking to go far and beyond for their clients. Couldn't recommend this place more, thanks to everyone there for their hard work and know that it doesn't go unrecognized!
Took my new pajero in because the steering wheel was shaking at high speeds (even after a wheel balance) the mechanic was very helpful explaing what the cause was and guided me down the best route to fix the problem (having the dealer who sold it to me replace the tyres) with out charging me anything. Will be taking any future issues to mc carthy motors as it came off as an honest business.
I have taken my vehicle to Mike at McCarthy motors a few times for various bits and pieces (I have an older hilux) and every time I am pleased with the standard of service and price charged. Mike is always good at communicating which work needs to be done and keeps me in the loop before doing anything expensive. My last job was potentially very fiddly and he worked out the most cost effective way of trying to fix it and saved me a few bucks from attempting to do my own repair and replacing the wrong components! Now McCarthy motors, were fantastic! I called Tuesday to book a well overdue service and was done while I worked on Wednesday. Fair price for sure and explained what I needed coming up and even priced it so was more realistic for me. I definitely recommend this place. As soon as I started my car, I could feel and hear that it was done properly. Top job, thanks heaps .
The business has been taken over and so I didn't know the new mechanic and was a bit worried. I have ended up so happy with the service and work done - honest, quick and very good price. I would recommend to anyone.
A great team with Tim, Marilyn and there staff at Adams Motors. Nothing is to much trouble and they have always looked after my cars well and provided excellent service.
