   Good, positive interactions throughout with coffee available if there is a wait and a neat late model courtesy car. Communication could have been better on pickup but beyond that - perfect. Worth the commute to / from Mt Eden to use their services.

   How often do you drive into a service centre or dealership and a technician comes out to you before you can turn off the vehicle, just after 8am, greets you with a big smile and handshake and knows who you are? I will answer that for you; never. However, I did on Monday (Cyclone in full swing) at Capital S.M.A.R.T. Then!! I go to sit down in the waiting room; I am warmly greeted and offered coffee or tea. O.K., cyclone? Maybe I am no longer in Kansas...... Seriously? My car is fixed, they are professional and pleasant and it did not cost the Earth. I can not be in Auckland............. Use them, you will not be disappointed.

   Went there through my insurance company, done a great job with my car. It was easy dealing with them, they have highly professional and friendly staff... Service was so great, they even took extra care for my car's hybrid sticker which they had to order and attach after a week. Loan car was from Jucy which was a very good quality loan car.
