Awful. The technician arrived at my house blocked a shared driveway, seemed confused about being asked to move by a neighbour. When he finally come to inspect my washing machine for repair he asked 3 times how old the machine was to which I could not remember turned the machine off then on and left after a total of 5 minutes. He called a day later and said unspecified parts were unavailable and invoiced me for $110. Coincidentally a day later someone was recommended to me to look at the machine then for the price of a $2 part the machine is now running again. I can't help but believe the technician from Sharp Service Limited simply could not be bothered to do the job. Pathetic and unacceptable.
