Wow, these guys are amazing! Had a last minute inquiry about an engine issue. They diagnosed the engine within the hour and for a quarter of the price of competitors, they fixed the issue and explained in detail what they did and what the issue was. Amazing service and knowledge from the team. I will be going to them for all services and wofs from now on.
Terrible service and poor communication. I was told they were installing a brand new part, but later found out from another mechanic that it was actually second-hand. They charged me $3k initially and when I confronted them, they claimed they had confused my car with another. The owner was rude and clearly incompetent. I wouldn’t trust these guys at all... I believe they take advantage of people who don’t know much about cars and repairs.
Paul and the team are always helpful and professional to deal with. Paul is great at explaining what needs to be done in an easy to understand manner and I completely trust him with my car WOF, service and any repairs.

I've been looking for ages for a workshop that services classic cars & issues WOF's. I took my 1972 Mercedes-Benz 280S in for a full service & WOF. Really friendly & knowledgeable team, particularly Brendon & Paul. They did a great job. Also, I was able to have a loan car which made things easy for me to get around while the car was in the workshop. I will definitely be back again.
Thanks for Motor Works brilliant services. Paul and the team are friendly , and work are effective and fast. Beyond in service they have honesty and integrity, never taking advantage of customers no matter what are their gender, age and nationalities. They are the best mechanics to visit if you had bad experience with being ripped off by other.
