    Lovely day outside thought my husband and I would drop in ... Great beats on the radio and very friendly member of staff.... As we entered the chiller he asked if the random guy was with us .... No we said and he scared him off thanks for the response and we will visit again

    The Indian lady who works here is fantastic! Come here just for her amazing smile and customer service delights. The guy here is nice but seems to be on his phone inattentive to customers and chatting a bit too much. However I believe this store intentionally takes some products that are on special from the Bottle-O franchise catalogue off the shelves, and when queried they say "out of stock". It's almost like they lead you in with a twisted form of false advertising to buy the full-priced items. Too many products on special that were not available on the shelves on a Tuesday morning really raises my suspicions. I won't be back.

    Pathetic hospitality. Visited twice. First they don’t have carry bags and second day when I took my plastic bag, the boy on the door said he will not allow me to take beer bottles in a plastic bag next time. Really very arrogant attitude. Please don’t visit this store

    I came in about a week or so ago to pick up some rosè and other such drinks. And a lady by the name of Aya served me and she was an absolute darling . Perfect manners and recommend some wines for my book club that would compliment the lite refreshments I had . I will be back when the next book club is near to purchase some wine .
