   I got my engine oil and filter changed here. They accepted me without a booking and did the job right away, which I appreciated. However, it cost me $138, which was much higher than I expected. Based on my research, I thought it would be around $90 at most. I should have asked about the price beforehand. Last time, I used their service for a different issue and found their pricing reasonable, which is why I came back. But after this experience, I might not return.

   The owner of this place was very rude and impolite. He refused to pass my car for WoF because I had the rear door's child lock on. I tried to explain that there is no problem with the door, and even showed him that the door can be opened by the driver but not the passenger due to child key, but he insisted that this was incorrect, and the door should be always opening by the passenger from inside. What made the situation awfully bad is that the guy was talking to me in a very rude and impolite way. He then left me while I was talking with him and went on to do work for another customer, as if I were not there. That other customer was watching our discussion from far, then they both started whispering in their language and looking at me. At some point, that workshop owner waved by hand asking me to leave and take my car away. I have been a regular customer at this workshop for several years, but I did not know that the owner is such an arrogant and offensive person. Never coming back.

   I have always taken my vehicles to this place for yearly WOFs. They are welcoming and accommodating. The car is certified at a lower ride height and he is very patient and helpful, carefully getting me onto the hoist for inspection. Thanks again mate and I appreciate your time.
