Partner called to find out where our online orders were. She explained the situation in a friendly matter and was told “I don’t know what you mean” and was hung up on. This is extremely unacceptable. We haven’t received a tracking number or any update on shipping. YOU DO NOT hang up on polite customers who are asking where their product is. We ordered them on 26 December 2021 and we don’t appreciate being hung up on when my partner wasn’t being rude on the phone.
Placed an order for a couple of men's shirts for my partner for Christmas, got no tracking number so I called the store nearly a week later and was met with the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. After explaining my situation the woman on the other end hung up on me. Completely unacceptable customer service, very very disappointed.
