From the time I requested an appointment to the end of my X-ray process I found the team very customer focused. My X-ray specialist was awesome so knowledgeable, caring and reassuring.

I only give google reviews for top service. In my view Allevia Radiology Warkworth is a first class professional organisation with highly competent technicians providing their services. It was essentially the old mole map service but they have evolved considerably in 10-15 years . They have an extensive database across Australasia which is key to identifying different lesions and their relative risks. Right from fixing an appointment then to the actual ultrasound examination and on to the reports, they were excellent. Certainly I received “peace of mind and excellent recommendations.” In my case a 2 pot ointment mixture to deal with 5 or 6 lesions . It worked well in an about 5 days. Recent appointment June 2025 for an xray, was very straight forward, got in within 5 mins, very happy with the service With an recent injury , it was easy to book and appointment .Excellent Team and service. I have had to attend the clinic twice in the last year for invasive intrauterine scan and some Xrays on my lower back. Both times I have had to undress and allow for my very privacy to be put to test. I have been made to feel at ease and I have been given all the respect and time I needed for the procedures to happen once I was comfortable with it. I was given appropriate attire to wear at the 2 visits and the lady who scanned my uterus internally made sure to distract me with her banter. It was a walk in the park both times. Thank you!
Very friendly and professional with a clean and modern set up . I found them on a Google search so just walked in to make an appointment and they could take me straight away. I was passing through on my way south and had already tried booking at the place in Wellsford and was due to go there the next day. The welcome I received at Mercy and quick service meant I could cancel the other appointment and get it sorted. A very pleasant outcome.
