I can’t say enough of how the team was to deal with. With me I had a broken back tooth which had to be extracted. I was immediately at ease and the head dentist was tremendous, Tooth came out together with the 3 roots and then had stiches done. Without hesitation I would recommend The Dental Bach with a second thought
It's many years since I've had a filling or filling repair/replacement . I remembered the invasiveness and inconvenience of the anaesthetic: half my head being numb for hours afterwards, the uncontrolled drooling and inability to annunciate words properly. In my consistent experience and expectation, that was how it goes. However, Dr Yang's anethestic application was so precise that my mouth was not overwhelmed by intense, long-lasting numbness - yet I felt NO pain during the procedure. I experienced none of the drooling, and was back to normal quite soon after my appointment ending. Dr Yang is highly skilled and caring, and she also gave me some advice that no previous dentist had!
I have had issues with my gums and teeth which required comprehensive treatment plans and personalised care. I have been seeing Dolsavanh, the dental hygienist for some time. She is incredibly professional and caring hygienist and thorough in her work. She has taken time to show me the best way to care for my gums. I am so grateful for your expertise. I have only just started going to The Dental Bach, so can't give much feedback yet, but my initial assessment is very positive. The three people I've dealt with - Vivian, Na and Jeevee (apologies if spellings are incorrect) have been friendly and helpful. Their reminder system is very efficient. I had the new patients check up and clean special deal and all went smoothly with a professional service given. I will be returning for further treatment.
Due to my lack of oral care, my teeth got into pretty poor condition over the years, but due to my fear of dentists, I never did anything about it. Finally admitted I needed some work done, so off to Dental Bach I went. Vishu and her team were top notch, let me know what they were doing each step of the extractions I required and did what they could to keep my anxiety levels to a minimum. While I wont say I'm looking forward to my next visit, I know my anxiety levels will be better thanks to the great work.
Visited the Dental Bach with my wife to get her checkup done. We found the clinic really nice and clean which made the experience great. Dr. Vishu is a thorough professional and yet very warm and cheerful which relives any anxiety which one may have.
On arrival I was greeted by the lovely receptionist by the name of Holly, who was very welcoming and friendly and has excellent customer service skills. The dentist made me feel at ease with the procedure I had done and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend The Dental Batch 10/10
