   I was looking for a hat. The other op shops wanted $25 for a hat! but I found one there on special, $2! The lady was super kind & let me check out the 2 big buckets out the back to find the right thing. I went back another time looking for a hat though, same lady not there, another woman said, no hats at all or anything out back as are moving to a new location. a super busy place. You may find a bargain if you look hard enough!

   The store looks amazing. I heard that the store has a new manager and she has done a great job and always do it with soul. People can see it. In the past, the store was a mess and smelled bad. Now, if you come in, it feels like a regular store in mall. Amazing!!! Everything is organized and clean. New management has brought a fresh breath to the store.The staff has become more friendly and smiling. This is definitely due to the excellent management.. The number of customers has increased. We appreciate your hard work. We wish we had more people like this wonderful woman. Thank you.

   Most of the staff are friendly. But I experienced the worst customer service in my most recent visit. When I tried to put down a big pile of things I'm going to buy at the counter because my hands were full. And I told the lady that I'm just going to try a dress and she was very rude and said that I've been there for a while and there are people waiting outside. So I put the dress back and paid for the things I've got and left.

   I listened to a phone call between my wife and the manager of this store today. The manager was difficult to deal with, unhelpful, rude and lacked basic interpersonal and problem solving skills. We will never support this store again. Unfortunately this manager is letting down the good name of the hospice.

   They have a variety of goods for example: books, clothing, shoes, handbags, etc. The ladies are so lovely. Love to go in just to see what they have. The shop catches you eye quite easily.
