its a lovely experience at albany branch , the girls our wonderful , very helpful , if not at that branch they tell which branch as items , ive brought over 6 sets of vamp lingerie for my partner she looks amazing ( sexy ) in them and she loves them , cant wait to see next style of vamp , i`ll be back thank you
Always a lovely experience at the Albany branch. Shout out to Stacie for always being super helpful, providing excellent service and informing me how to take care of my garments at checkout. Their selection is so much better compared to other lingerie stores in the area.

I was served by Jamie (I believe the store manager), and she was amazing! Right there to help, helped me every step of the way, super genuine and non judgemental. I felt so comfortable and left with 2 of the most comfy well fitting bras I have ever owned. 10/10!!
Was very disappointed today at the store. Took a sale item with a red sticker $10 only to be told at a counter that this sticker was put there by mistake and the item is actually double the price. In my opinion the item should of been sold for a marked price whether it was placed there by mistake or not.
