I came to this place a few years ago for a bike key and had no issues then. But this time, I brought my Harley in for repairs and servicing because my usual mechanic was fully booked for three weeks. Unfortunately, choosing this place turned out to be a big mistake. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after hearing from a mate in the Browns Bay area someone I’d recommended to fix his car who also had a bad experience here, I felt compelled to speak up. After dropping off my bike, I called multiple times with no answer and sent several messages that were completely ignored. Four days later, I finally got a reply saying I’d receive a call at 4:30. That call never came. I followed up again and still got no response. Eventually, I did get a call saying the bike would be ready Monday. But when I arrived, I was told the part they ordered was wrong. If that was the case, a simple message or call would’ve saved me the trip. I’ve attached a screenshot of our conversation to show just how poor the communication was. It felt like they were more interested in taking my money than providing proper service. No apology, no accountability just vague promises and wasted time. To top it off, the attitude was not friendly at all. No effort to explain, no courtesy, and certainly no sense of customer care. Honestly,it seems like they don’t need or want more business. If something changes with a job, just let the customer know.It’s basic respect. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Shane, Sy and the rest of the team are top notch! You won't find better service in the Bays. I was super annoyingwith questions too but they were always happy to answer! My daughters car is back on the road!
Shane is an absolute legend! I've been using these guys for the last few years and they always go far beyond what's asked. Cheapest and fastest motorbike WOF and motorbike service on the North Shore. Whenever there's been an issue with the bike they've managed to help me out immediately. They even came to pick up my Harley when she wouldn't start. I will only service my bike here. I cannot recommend them enough.
Had to do wof for my BMW 320i Msport, no pressure just a quick call, left my car about an hour and done, easy, wayne was a real nice bloke to talk to , i forgot the other gentlemen’s name, quick and reliable, totally recommended
