   I took my dad to see this ENT doctor last year and we were both deeply disappointed by the way we were treated. He was dismissive, rushed through the appointment, and showed little regard for my dad’s comfort or explanations. Without any warning, he shoved a large tool up my dad’s nostrils, which was painful, distressing and unprofessional. We left the appointment with no real answers and feeling worse than when we arrived. Most upsetting was the complete lack of empathy or basic respect. It felt like we weren’t being listened to or taken seriously. I can’t help but question whether ethnicity played a role in how we were treated; English is our second language. We’ll never return, and I strongly advise others to consider a different provider.

   An absolutely amazing and understanding Doctor with amazing bedside manners explaining everything and meticulously and just made both my daughter and I feel confident prior to surgery. As a father I think he understands the worry of a parent prior to surgery but also to get the situation resolved promptly and effectively . The receptionists equally did amazing with prompt replying and getting my daughter seen quickly. We couldn’t be happier and would highly reccomend after been to countless other specialists . Thank you Dr Murali we truly are grateful for your professionalism and positivity we need more specialists around like you.

   Amazing outcome! I lived with polyps for several years, the extent of which was quite severe. I meet with Dr. Murali and within a few months I had a surgery date set. Dr. Murali performed a very successful surgery and I feel incredible and continue to do so. I was well looked after and am confident in his work and advice.

   Thank you Dr. Murali for giving us a quick appointment and treating my daughter. My daughter had a big lump on her neck and Dr. Murali was so quick in diagnosis and he did her surgery without any complications. Through out the treatment he was very caring and concerned.    Murali saw my 4 year old daughter in November last year due to very large tonsils, recurrent upper respiratory tract infections, strep throat and snoring with frightening sleep apnoeas. Murali advised that she had Adenotonsillar hypertrophy, her tonsils were classified as a grade 4. Within 2 months she had a Adenotonsillectomy with the Coblation technique. We are at week 2 now, she has had hardly any complaints of pain, no bleeding, no snoring or apnoeas and is a happy girl ready to start back at kindy for the year. From the bottom of my heart thank you ever so much Murali!

Murali has always been open, honest and caring towards us all as a family. He has always made time to see us, even at short notice sometimes.
