    Sash Needham at Iron Bridge has been a very helpful property manager. She has relayed messages to the tenant when required. She has organized the inspection of the apartment and sent us photos and comments about the apartment. Sash has organized appropriate tradies to carry our many tasks. An electrician to fix a fuse problem and repair the stove, a carpet layer to lay new lounge carpet, a stone mason to repair concrete and someone to tidy paintwork. All these tasks were completed promptly with a friendly efficient attitude. As we live a considerable distance away, we have thoroughly appreciated her help!

    Iron Bridge helped us rent out home while we were away for work. Not the ideal rental - our rural 1990s home needed special tenants and careful management. The family Iron Bridge found to rent our home were fantastic. We had some initial issues with one of the property managers and communication, but after our house was reallocated to Charlotte, she was able to turn the relationship around with her great communication skills, ninja level Project management and hard work. Charlotte even took on dealing with a tricky roofing company who had done a poor job installing our new spouting. Being 12 hrs out of NZ time zone made things tricky all around.
