   Helen was amazing in helping me sort a package. Excellent service even helped me find it from a different one. Was concerned getting a parcel from here however ended up being amazing.

   This is the world's worst post office and I end up going there almost every day as NZ post won't deliver to my apartment but just put a slip in my letterbox. You go up through a dairy (or walk through a car park) and through an abandoned room. You then ring a bell and a woman eventually comes. You ask for your parcel, giving her the note. She says she doesn't have it and can't phone. You go back the next day. And the next. And the next. NZ Post need to close this branch and open a real one. Don't go if you need normal postal services – you might get some stamps if you're lucky, but there's also a strong chance they've 'turned off the till' for the day (starting about 3.30).

   This is literally just a Private Post Box outlet. It does not provide NZ Post services. So don't waste your time like I did walking up to the top of the hill to find yet another NZ Post location that doesn't have any general Postal Services.

   After reading other reviews and what I have experienced with this NZ POST operation its totally miss managed , rude staff or most of them anyway i did come across two helpful ones , there is no accountability and no responsibility taken for for the services they supposed to offer. Lost my item from China and couldn't be bothered even following up I have spent hours chasing them and dealing with a shocking service.They could have simply Googled the name and address on the parcel and then made a phone call to me so basic but they are not interested and with all the poor reviews they have they are still having the same issues..Absolutely shocking service and the management need to sort this so they dont keep getting reviews like this ..

   They just can't get it right. At least I am happy to see posties are supplied with electric carts, so poor things don't have to pedal anymore and be exposed to rain. One thing though, why on earth they force them to wear bicycle helmets on 4 wheel electric car with Cab and roll bars!? PC gone mad again. So golfers watch out you are next with your carts, no more sun hats for you! You've been warned!
