   Very poor experience - first, booking form led me to believe I would be travelling alone in the shuttle (for health reasons), but there were other passengers on board when it arrived. Then when I tried to phone the contact number to ask why, and to point out the need to clarify the terms, the driver's phone rang and he became sarcastic and rude. He apologised at the airport, when I pointed this out, but to be honest, it was a souring start to a very long journey. You need to up your customer service, and clarify your terms and conditions, and who is actually running the business, when people are booking. One star.

   The best shuttle service! Sonal picked us up from the airport late Christmas Eve and was so friendly and helpful, getting us home and even improv played along with our surprise to our families. Was such a nice welcome back to NZ to be met by such a great person with a great attitude. Shuttle itself was big and comfortable, easily fitting our many suitcases. Booking was super easy, very responsive to emails and well organised. Can’t fault this service at all, will definitely be using them again. Thanks again Sonal!
