I had several minor skin cancer surgeries done here over a number of years. I found the Doctors that treated me to be very professional and it was very convenient being treated in the surgery here. I also really appreciated that when I was moving out of the area and needed a fairly urgent referral and assessment Dr Hay went out of his way to ensure that I was seen quickly and referred appropriately.
Very friendly and professional staff. Have had a number of appointments over last few years and cannot fault the service both during and post consultation. Highly recommended!

Horrible service. Does not respond to calls, and very rude service in person
I like their skin products, but I just drove from petone to them to pick some up and there's a sign on the door saying they are closed until the 9th of January. What good is a sign when people will only see it once they've made the journey? Google is advertising you open until 5pm, simple communication would stop wasting the time and petrol of your customers.
