Unfortunately, my experience with Burnard International was disappointing. I found the communication to be lacking, and there was a significant delay in resolving the issue. While I understand that unexpected problems can arise, I believe that better communication and accountability would have improved the overall experience. I would recommend exploring other options, such as Mainfreight, which I have found to be more reliable and cost-effective.
