   I worked with Connie recently to apply for a Head of role. The process was exhaustive as the client was very diligent about selecting the right candidate given the seniority of the role within the organisation. Connie worked with me every step of the way providing feedback and advise. She was also available any time to answer my questions and when she did not have the answer, she worked with the client to provide the answer. This made the process so comfortable to go through.    - Bad manner, zero punctuality and no professionalism. - Scheduled the virtual interview, but they didn't send me the link. - Zero apology has been made when they called me 15 minutes late. - Asked me bunch of generic/less valuable questions which could be just answered in email (e.g. rating my skills out of 5). - They only go through the CV on the spot, and criticises my outdated CV even when I sent them my updated CV. - They lower down your expected salary when the market rate is so much beyond. - Asked me the same questions over and over again on the phone call and in the virtual interview. I ran late to my current workplace meeting because of this. They were questioning me why I hurried to finish the meeting even though they were late in the first place. Overall, don't waste your time working with recruiters from Presto Consulting. There are plenty of other recruiters who can better suit your needs and value your worth and time.
