    Jones' came out to service our oven in June. We were charged for a number of things, including being told our gas regulator needed to be replaced, and not to use the oven until it had been. There was no mention of a return visit for this and a gas safety certificate was issued. We had our plumber replace the regulator and thought that was the end of it. However out of the blue the technician called and insisted on inspecting the replaced regulator. Unfortunately the repair failed, and I had to get the tech back again. I was charged for all the same things, even though I'd already paid for the repair. They even charged for another gas safety certificate. I was not provided with an invoice but asked to pay on the spot, which I did. When I got the invoice I challenged it and got an email denying there was a problem. I emailed multiple times after that and got no response. When I tried calling this morning I found they're in liquidation. I doubt they'll make it back into business, but I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Liars and thieves.

    Very bad service. Their technicians are extremely unprofessional. We had an oven repaired and the whole process dragged on for more than a year. The final bill was strange and unreasonable. Service was terrible — emails to their service address were never answered, and no one ever picked up the phone. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience.

    Could not recommend Trevor from the Tauranga branch highly enough. Having had other outfits try and fail to diagnose a warranty issue with our Smeg oven he was able to track down the issue, finally resolve it, and did not rest until he had done so. Great service.

    We had reason to claim a warranty repair on our Smeg oven. Michelle dealt with me over the phone and her patience, kindness and diligence with me saw no end. She helped us get the repair sorted when we had a house full of guests and no oven and I was just about to pull my hair out ! I called the 0800 number to confirm an appointment for the next day ! A lovely man - Andrew ? - Delightful and helpful. Then Brian arrived ! What a tradesman ! he came out first thing the next morning, 7.30AM ! He was polite, friendly, efficient and even taught me a thing or two about our oven. We have owned a business for the last 20 years and pride ourselves on customer service, I can honestly say that we have NEVER encountered a business before where everyone we dealt with even from different departments were the cream of the crop.

    Horrific customer service. Have had our fridge at their workshop for 9 weeks, and each time I call to follow up they say I will get a call back but nothing, and even no responses to emails. Still heard nothing and would give 0 stars if I could. They simply don't seem to care.

    Had an issue with our @SMEG dishdrawers and the initial visit in Dec 2022 by Jones Services identified a part needed. This was ordered and we were advised 8-10 weeks. We had no communication from Jones about the arrival and everytime we chased them we had multiple different people none of whom ever replied when they had promised to. Eventually at the start of June 2023 when called again someone said they'd been in stock for quite sometime and they would schedule us is. I got a call the following day (quite unbelievably) with an install date of the 13th June. Took the day off work today and after chasing them all day to find out where the installer was at 530pm still no reply and no installer. These guys must be the worst company to deal with. If your looking for any kitchen appliances I'd certainly steer clear of @SMEG until they get their after sales service sorted.

    The technician was great all round when he was finally assigned. But the head office lacks continuity and has terrible communication. I never hear back from them when they say they will get back to me. I speak to a new person most times I call, and each time I have to explain my situation to them while they seem unimpressed. Today I cant even get through and it seems like someone keeps hanging up the phone. Clearly a lack of care for customer service and general consideration for others.

    Just had awesome service from Joseph ! He had come out to our house twice, the second time with the replacement part. Totally professional and knew what he was doing. Our range hood is finally working as it should. Highly recommend this guy. Thanks again

    I bought a new Bosch dishwasher which is great. Unfortunately the communication with the company regarding delivery was not good, Jones Co you need to under promise and over deliver to get happy customers. The delivery guy Sam was excellent. Very friendly and efficient, thank you!
