   Superb sevice. Today I went to ask about parts for my older style Nissan. Cassandra, the admin lady, was super honest. I hadn't even asked about a 2nd hand part dealer, but she had the decency and kindness to ensure I knew it'd be cheaper to buy 2nd hand and gabr me a recommendation. Then a technician had a look at one of my lamps that was full of water, and emptied it and was super friendly. Then after an issue with an indicator bulb that was loose and stuck in the indicator case, two technicians worked hard to try get the bulb out, which they did. I didnt want to take advantagr and asked then what i owed them, but they didn't charge me and did it out of their own time. Excellent service and just genuine people lending a hand.

   Bad customer service. I went there 1 month ago for a broken wing mirror repair and I asked the lady (even though she didn't want to) who was there to take pictures to send for my insurance purposes. They said it will take 2 weeks to get the parts here once it is approved by my insurance .And after 1 month I got to know that they didn't send My WOF and rego pics. It would be great if they can employ someone who knows how things work. I called them many times regarding the update and no response. Thanks
