    Twice now have had delivery dates and times offered by them and accepted by me, and nothing has turned up. The first time they attempted to deliver the day after with no communication besides a text about 30 minutes before turning up, and a call once they had already left. I have called multiple times to try to arrange delivery and they said they only deliver to my area on a thursday afternoon. I have tried to arrange collection from their depot and they only allow pickup between 10am and 2pm. Customer service has been poor and they have not offered any solutions, only sending new delivery request times that they already know I can’t accept due to work obligations. I have asked them to deliver it to a different courier so they can get it to me and got shut down. Would recommend exploring all other courier options before Fliway.

    Suprisingly bad service. The item for me was in their Wellington branch yesterday morning (Wednesday) so I naturally expected I would see it by the weekend (I'm not certain which of the Wellington branches it's in). They've contacted me this morning with an automated email to tell me it won't be delivered until next Wednesday! They'll have it for a week. I phoned to query this, hoping it was a mistake, but no. They just told me like this was a normal level of service: I'll be waiting a week because this is the next time they will be in my neighbourhood to deliver. A week after they received the item at the delivering branch? Really? How can a freight company be happy with this? I'll definitely be asking senders to not use Fliways because of this experience.

    False delivery expectations. Delivery was supposed to be made between 9am - 1pm but have yet to receive anything. Very disappointed highly do not recommend!

    Fliway Wellington is an absolute disgrace. The truck turned up today with a load of whiteware (20+ pieces) which we had paid to be delivered to the door. Sala and his team refused to deliver to the door and were only going to drop them on the street. The drivers had horrible attitudes and drove off with the goods on board. Horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend Fliways in any instance.

    Unreliable and unprofessional, delivery driver says that delivery was scheduled between 9am and 1pm , the dispatch office says it was between 1pm and 5pm. Each claims the other is mistaken! Dispatch says a text was sent to confirm delivery - no such text exists - not recommended.

    The absolute worst courier you could ever imagine. They lost our shipments (two pallets!), put the wrong labels on them. We got the shipment on a Tuesday, for an Auckland delivery on Wednesday, after the issue they said they'd be a day late, still didn't turn up on Friday. They say they will call you back, they never do, they made rude remarks on the phone when our staff member called them. They don't offer compensation. They don't care about their customers at all. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

    I know courier companies struggle to get good reviews as the only time you leave one is when its bad. But this may be one of the worst experiences with a courier company i have ever had. Failed Delivery for the last 4 days running although everytime i call they say it will arrive today. People redirecrting phone calls before even letting you finish your sentence and then finally instead of getting an answer or helping they send you to random cell phone numbers of drivers that end up at answer phone. If given the choice maybe avoid this company

    Amazing service. They've got a very slick online tracker where you can follow your consignment. I saw my bike (!) had arrived in the depot and Easter was closing in. Called them up to see if it was possible to go get it myself, but they hustled to get it out to me and they just made the delivery just before end of day. Really means a lot. Price was fair and they seems to have handled my bike very carefully. Love these guys, easy five-star.
