   AVOID Public Trust at all costs. Four years of mismanagement, endless case manager changes, and zero accountability. They ignored serious issues and allowed non-beneficiaries to remove personal items without follow-up. Communication is dismissive and disorganised. Do not trust them with your loved one’s estate — their service is appalling. Make sure you read ALL the reviews. Not just this office

   The death of a family member is usually an unpleasant experience, especially when the will is contested or there is animosity among family. Even though I was overseas when the death happened I was fully informed of every decision made by the trust in a friendly, polite, informative and professional manner. I have no qualms recommending them.

Great decision - friendly staff made the process a lot easier than I had anticipated, and good information was provided to help me set down / document my wishes. I was advised upfront of costs and found the service given very professional.
