Darren and his team at Pitt Stop Paraparaumu are the best. Fast, efficient, 100% honest, skilled and customer focused. As a single, older woman, with little, to no, car mechanics knowledge, I've grown to rely on Darren to guide me to keep my vehicles in good working order. I have always been advised how to do what is nessary for the least amount of $. I know thay my older classic Audi could be a money pit, but it hasn't been. And when I wasn't well for a booked appt, Darren arranged for my car to b collected and brought back so I could rest up. Great mechanics, reasonably priced and great service.

Always friendly, super helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to fit me in when life gets busy (and I've forgotten that my WOF needs doing). I was having trouble making my payment on a Friday afternoon (issues on my end), but the staff said I was fine to take my car and return the next week to make my payment. Was so grateful for their trust! They did a great job with my car and at a great price. Will be returning!

I highly recommend the team at Pit Stop Paraparaumu! I have had three major jobs done by them, full break overhaul, 2" lift and total replacement of suspension and a transmission leak fix. They are highly professional and have great communication. On all three jobs they gave me an estimate and then stood by it when work was done. No surprise invoice at the end. The team is great to deal with and run a tidy shop! I will be using them for all work going forward. Thanks team!

And Pit Stop Paraparaumu have certainly earned that recommendation. They are responsive - clear communication with no need to chase, caring (by talking through the process before and after) and completely transparent on pricing. They fitted a new exhaust which I purchased from the UK and I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get the job done in a hour. A highly professional job.
