Best place to buy the Tiles and other stuffs from here. Their products meets the very good quality. I am the customer here for 8 years and they never disappointed me in every manner. The staff is very helpful and polite. They are having the good problem -Solving team and Management. Also these guys have variety of products to buy like tapwares, kitchen mixers, shower sets and all other accessories. I am always having Happy Shopping from here
Bought 8 bideds from them for $95 each. Spend almost $800 . 5 of them started leaking after 6 months. They use poor quality products. Beware.
Very helpful when it comes to selecting your items and selling to you but when it came time to return the extra/unneeded tiles he said it was ok to return their true colours were shown. When asked if the delivery men can pick them up i was told thats fine and they will get back to me but didn't and after i called back I was told I would have to pay delivery and restock fee. Left with no choice after poor communication I lifted the heavy tiles by myself to the studio after he told me it would be fine on our last call. I go in the afternoon to be told that I have to drop it off at their warehouse instead (which was almost 30 mins away) i shrugged it off and took it a few days later on my off day. Its been over a month now and after numerous calls Pankaj refuses to give me my refund for 8 boxes of tiles. He keeps makinh excuses that he will correct it with the "accounts department" - what a joke! Never do business with these shady people!
another great experience with Bath & Tile shop! A few years back, we bought a great deal of products from them for our renovation, and now I needed hinges to fix the door of vanity. One of our tenants broke it and they were extremely helpful and I got what I wanted. Sharp and easy! Thank you again!
I got very bad experience in this shop. I returned 3 boxes of tile 13 days ago until now haven't get the refund. Also they make mistakes send the wrong tile and ask me pay extra 80$ without invoice. They forgot to deliver the popup I should cost One hour to pick up by myself.
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. After posting the review below, the owner reached out to help, asked for 2 days to resolve the problem. I agreed to remove the review while he tried to fix the problem. After 24 hours I followed up and asked for an update, he said he was waiting on others to get back to him. After 48 hours, I told him I would re-post this negative review of his company's poor customer service. Original review: I visited their show room in Manukau to pick up a replacement seat for a toilet that was installed new only 2 years ago. Firstly the showroom was unattended, with 3 computers logged in and running their sales software.. I waited for 10 minutes before phoning the store, which rang and rang and rang and eventually someone came out to answer it. I had the old seat with me, asked if they could sell me a replacement, was told no, we don't have that model any more. Asked if a newer model would fit, was told they're a standard size. Tried my seat on their showroom and found it was a compatible size. Asked if they could sell me the current model seat, and the staff member checked stock and said the computer shows they have two in stock, but she would need to check with the storeman. She phoned the store and sat waiting for them to answer for about 20 minutes, then asked me for my details and said would get back to me the next day. Next day I get a text saying they don't have them in stock. Asked them to confirm they don't have the current model seats in stock. They advised they only sell the whole toilet, not the seats separately. Even though I had been given a price on the seat alone, said they can't do it. Ended up going to Bunnings and getting a compatible replacement almost the same.
Pre sale service was good. A bit overwhelming, but thank you for your patience and help. Unfortunately the after purchase service could have been much much better. Issues were finally solved though almost 3 weeks of chasing up. Will do dealings again but will make sure we collect and check all items we order.
I had to come several times to pick up my order although they gave me a specific date and time to come and collect but I when I came there twice the products had still not arrived. I should have been informed about the delay so not wasting my time. Also be sure about your decision before you purchase because they always happily welcome when you come into their store to buy stuff but they are not when you want to return and get refund. If you want to return anything they will charge 30% from the price. I have never experienced this anywhere. This is ridiculous and too much while you can always do that in any other stores for free of charge.
