You cant go wrong with a pair of a nice pair of levis. Well priced i bought a nice jacket from here smart and affordable. Great quality and good 40 percent off a lot of the apparel.
I really like the Levi's brand! However, the cleanliness of the shop reflects the friendliness of the sales staff. Every time we asked for advice, we had the impression that we were bothering them and therefore being too present in the shop. I think it's a shame, when you're happy to do your shopping, to have such a welcome. Basics like hello and goodbye are not respected. I'll leave you to imagine the rest of the customer experience. The prices are attractive but the staff are to be avoided.
Great variety of Levi's clothes: trousers, jackets, t-shirts and shorts. Well organized display. Quite a few staff to help you out. And a great promotion, at least in the day I visited it. 50 percent discount per item. The parking lot of Dressmart isn't that big, so be prepared to drive around.
I went there for shipping on Sunday around 13:40, I saw one tee and I really liked that but I was confused about the price anyway I saw one girl was serving in the counter I just say excuse me and she was just reply me straight away she is busy she reply me very rudely, it is unacceptable.
A clearance table is located close to the tills. It’s positioned in a way that it is super difficult to access some of the piles of clothing without leaning or taking a small step into the entry to the till area (nowhere close to the registers, just to clarify). We were yelled at from the other end of the store by a staff member ‘EXCUSE ME! YOU CANNOT BE IN THE TILL AREA!!’. They did this to several other customers. Here’s some ideas - put your clearance tables in an accessible place, put a barrier like a chain if you don’t want people in the entry (though I have no idea why this should matter), or just chill out. Us, along with the other customers were no where near the register AND we had our back turned to them. Though we wanted to shop, we left, and so did others. FYI this was today.
Really great sale in at the moment! Managed to find a size 23 and they came to $14.50! I am still in shock and pleased with the great service! :)
Myself and my daughter went to onehunga levis store today and had the best experience,we were looked after by Mike. Mike spoke to us as we walked into the store that was crazy busy at the time,with in a couple of minutes he came over to us and offered to help us.he was very friendly and very happy to help me fine my size in my fav jeans, before I knew it I was in the dressing room not just with my favs but 3 other styles.and at the same time being so helpful not just me and my daughter but other customers as well. As a ex manager for over 20 years I had let you know that Mike is a real asset to the team there.we will definitely be back.thanks Mike u made our day. Kind regards Michelle
