I basically exclusively shop at Johnny Bigg. There are other options for bigger boys but not the same quality and knowledgeable staff. Thank you sis
The staff here are amazing! Friendly and helpful. But the product quality control is awful. The first pair of Doherty jeans I got from Sylvia park had bad stitching, the second pair offered to me in exchange at this branch was covered in pigment spots and streaks all over, the third pair I inspected and took home but later found a hole in them! Can't exchange again as that was all the stock available in Auckland. I can't shop anywhere else due to my size, but does it have to be this difficult?
10/10 customer service. MJ went out of his way to find a size for me that was hidden away due to it being on display. Both him and Mosese were extremely helpful while I was browsing the store. Would highly recommend

DODGY RETURN POLICY. DON'T BUY ONLINE TO COLLECT IN STORE BEFORE TRYING THE CLOTHES. The website says, "365 days hassle free returns," but when I tried to return something, I clicked and collected it in the store, I was told to ship BACK TO AUSTRALIA (???) after showing them their own return policy on the website and showing that I could return in any store the sales guy called the mananger, then they created a new excuse "there's a limit of returns per days" (???) After complaining a lot, he finally took the clothes and said the manager would process the refund, which they didn't and I called the online call centre, and they finally processed the refund. This is probably the worst store I've ever bought from in regards to the return policy besides the false advertisement of "hassle free returns" because they will do whatever they can trying to avoid it. The manager and sales peoeple should have better training and know their own policies. The online team was very friendly, finally solved the problem, and apologised for the mistakes of the store.

I hate clothes shopping BUT this place rocks! Friendly staff, who know their products well and accept that folk come in all shapes and sizes and they have plenty of stylish clothes to suit us larger blokes!
