   I used Aerial Master to install my TV, wall mount and soundbar. I enquired on their services over the weekend and had my TV installed by mid-week. Joel was excellent. He explained everything at each step of the way, offered sound advice and did an immaculate job. I would definitely use Joel and Aerial Master again and recommend them to anyone needing their services.

   We've been without a connection on one TV for quite sometime and the ancient Sky dish feeding our other TV started regularly losing the signal. A visit from Adwin to replace the dish with an new aerial and one hour later we now have a superb picture signal on both TVs. I'm very happy with the service given.

   I purchased Freeview to replace Sky. Service was awesome. Came the next day after I called. Technician knew his stuff and put the aerial up and also put it thru the dish on the roof to get better reception. I had rung another company and was told that couldn't be done and that I also needed to buy a tv with freeview in it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.

   Would not recommend the contractor. Ever since he came to look at our aerial which he was asked to change and didn't, we have had 3 months of never ending issues. He came back a couple of times when we had channels missing but now we have no TV as he seems he has no idea and blames the TV everytime. But we have 2 TV's....go figure.

   I call for a guy to come around to my house three times .i had one guy said i well call you on Friday to confirm with me . That was three weeks ago. I email them again with so many excuses and poor customer service so i well look elsewhere for professional service that you can feel confidence with ... not recommended stay far far away ...

   I found this service incredibly poor. The technician I dealt with was incredibly pushy to the point that I felt uncomfortable. All he seemed concerned about was his $70 call out fee. We were advised the most expensive option that after further investigation we discovered wasn't even necessary. Standing outside our property for 60sec telling us we need another aerial, charged us $70.00! When calling to query this with management, I did not get a call back. Dodgy.
