   I recently used Ace Windscreens to replace my windscreen through my insurance company. While I must say that the quality of workmanship on my replacement was to a high quality, the stress and hassle caused by 'Mo' and 'Andy' at this company following the repair was not worth using them. I had claimed under insurance to get this replaced, which they were aware of. I was told that the insurance company would handle the claim and pay the invoice that Mo and Andy would send through to them. Unfortunately the insurance company was slow to process this claim, and in credit to Ace Windscreens the insurance company had a clerical error that resulted in the bill not being paid for 3/4 weeks after the repair. Instead of the company reaching out to me (The owner of the vehicle) they decided to find the contact details for my mother who they had corresponded with once, and incessantly harrass her for payment and torment her for 3 weeks trying to get her to sort out this issue. I absolutely do not appreciate a company bullying and harrasing my family for a payment that was owed to them by insurance and not myself or my family. I will absolutely not be using this company again and I do not recommend using them as they clearly are not ethical or educated on correct customer care or handling, which can also be seen in their other reviews on here which has landed them with a pretty low star rating even with only a small amount of reviews being placed. Save yourself the hassle and go use another company that is more reputable like Smith and Smith or Autoglass.

   Had the windscreen replaced in my commodore today.. Was surprised how quickly i could get it done. (Smith and smith had a 2 week waiting list but these guys had it done the day after i called them) Great price,quick service,friendly guys Happy as !! Will be recomending them

   Drank on the job, tried to excuse this by saying it's Friday. Arrived 2weeks after job booked. Just had to have front and rear seal refitted as put in back the front. Said would waiver GST for cash. Leaked worse after new seals fitted than before. Did not ask him to fix the job as don't want to deal with him again. Be warned. Do not use this clown.

   Absolutely pathetic. Arranged booking for 3pm. Never turned up. Rung and got told that he was busy and would call back. Never called back. Tried ringing about 10 times, nothing back. Finally replied to a text message saying other customers more important and he would not be doing the job. Avoid at all costs!
