Went in today and the staff were so welcoming, helpful, and charismatic! Lovely ladies and will be back for sure!
The lovely ladies that were working here on 2/11/23 were Amazing, very welcoming, friendly, approachable and even informed me about the promotion that was going on at the mall so really I got like a $15 discount on my item from Max lol Thanks Ladies keep up the awesome customer service!!!!
shelley (hope i got the spelling right) is super kind and helpful. love her fasion taste, always got the right clothes for me. but never make me feel akward or stressed in store. love the customer services and her enthusiasm. Max Botany is my go-to clothes shop becasue of her.
Went to Max Botany on the 12/03/22, pretty early in the morning and the worker ( can’t remember her name sadly) could not have been nicer! She was soooo helpful and made our day, will definitely be back !

Love this store. One woman is particularly helpful and happy each time I go in. She says hi, helps you find clothes, takes them to the fitting room and asks if you need any other sizes, how they were etc. Makes a difference to other clothing stores now where they dont even acknowledge you as a customer.
Worked at this store found the women are very catty and imature hated working here! Management in this store at the time was on a power trip and did not know how to run the store and the women. Worst store to work in!
