    After seeing the amazing Auckland Osteopath team at Movement Mechanics Osteopathy they introduced me to Auckland Shockwave Therapy for an ongoing tendon issue in my knee. I had never heard of Shockwave therapy before but they took the time to talk me through the treatment and after three treatments my knee feels much better.
