   I have been going here since I was 16 and this place is amazing. Easy to book appointments, instagram, and over the phone and they're a lott better at answering than a lot of my friends lol. The people are super sweet, chill, and friendly, easy to talk to, and the whole atmosphere gives a sense of safeness. I love this place and I'm very happy to continue going here :)

   Called to get a referral for a teen that is feeling extremely depressed & having dark thoughts. Was told I would hear back within the week. This is the 3rd week & I have called this morning only to be told they will be having a meeting tomorrow & I will hear back from them either by the end of this week or real soon! This is not good enough when we are dealing with someone with dark thoughts. I first called to get the ball rolling as we desperately needed the support & referral for counceller.. and we are still waiting! Not good enough .

   The staff there were respectful, they have an inviting and calm environment. they listen to you when explaining the symptoms your experiencing not like many other doctors who ignore what u say and give u the wrong diagnosis. The only negative is that there arent many staff so theyre always fully booked for weeks at a time which isnt so great for sick people who rely soley on them for free medical advice n diagnosis'
