Had the best experience at Flo & Frankie today! I was looking for a dress for an upcoming function, and the team were absolutely incredible, so kind and genuinely helpful. They were super efficient, setting up a fitting room for me and taking the time to help me choose as I am very indecisive lol. Their service made shopping a real pleasure!
Went in just to have a browse at the quilted jackets but the staff were cold and unapproachable. Their attitude made it uncomfortable even browsing around and just had to leave without even trying anything on. Disappointing experience as the clothes were lovely and high quality.
I came in quite a while ago to try on a skirt and was helped by Orla who was very helpful and answered all my questions with a smile. I came back today to buy that skirt and Orla served me. It was lovely to chat with her and her customer service is top tier. It was so nice coming into Flo & Frankie and seeing all the employees nicely presented and serving customers with great service, also the store was nice and tiedy and welcoming to walk into.
