   Came here to give 5 stars because of a staff member named Dominique, who truly made this experience special for our children and us. We brought our daughter for her family birthday without booking, as it was a last minute idea. On arrival there was a large group of school children and one staff member, Dominique. Normally staff members there would get flustered, as we have been here a few times and would have to wait quite a while to be even acknowledged. But Dominique incredible! She was calm, professional, warm and very organised. She booked us in for all 3 experiences trampolines, obstacle course and Clip n’ Climb and then managed our timings perfectly so our children would get the most out of their experiences and not have to mix with the school kids as they were a large group. She multitasked like a boss, stayed calm, friendly and professional. When she finished sorting the school group she came to check on us and remind us of our timings, and checked what else we might need. As a business owner in the service industry, I was extremely impressed with her level of service, professionalism and warm, friendly approach. Go Dominique! More places should have staff like you. What an asset to your team. Thank you, you made this special day even more memorable! Karina

   I never usually write reviews, but this place deserves one. Went today with three kids who can be very cautious and tend to quit on themselves. Matt was phenomenal, his support and encouragement were top notch and by halfway through the session he had all three of them climbing to the very top, and jumping back down! Keep doing what you're doing Matt, your enthusiasm is brilliant!

   Friendly staff at CLIP N CLIMB Best rock wall zone in the Wellington region! Variety of rock walls to pick from with a special deal on Friday nights. Simple enough system to use, best to go when not super busy, take water you get hot having fun there would recommend. Fyi- AVOID food from the jumperama place.

   Been here a dozen times now and it’s always loved by the kids. Though recently they have stopped calling out ‘last climb’ to give the kids warning. The hour can go very quickly and this was a good way for them to pick a fav before heading away. Some of the younger guys a bit show off. Not impressing the mums guys.
