   I'm writing this on behave of my husband. Their communication is not up to standard, often have to wait over a week to receive a response, and the case was shuffled among the team. They set up the zoom meeting and my husband was waiting for over 10 minutes and then they called and saying his email wasn't working, which is a lie! What they have been doing is to drag thing along so they can charge more. They even put "office supply" on their invoice? Is that for real?

   I have been using Simpson Western as my Lawyers for over four years, and the service and advice which I have received for the purchase of my property was really helpful as Bertha pointed out the problems in building report, and also helped me to negotiate an additional discount as a result of late settlement on the part of the seller. Simpson Western will not be the cheapest, but you will get very good service and a great outcome for what you pay for like what my wife and I had on this transaction.
