   Avoid this place at all costs! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. They kept my car for three months and did absolutely nothing worth the time or money. The parts they used were cheap and completely unacceptable. The paint job was sloppy and unfinished, and the overall workmanship was extremely unprofessional. Communication was almost non-existent — we barely got any updates the entire time. If you value your car, your time, and your money, do not take your vehicle here.

   Genuinely feeling humiliated & like I was taken advantage of as a young female. When I called up asking how to go about a quote for a small repair (scratches & paint touch up to corner of my bumper) the lady over the phone told me to just show up & they'd quote it for me. It wasn't till I drove there & turned up at reception that I was told it would actually cost me $50 just for a quote, which they never disclosed over the phone. I decided maybe I just just pay the $50 to get the quote since I was there. Then i got the quote - $2,500!!!!! I asked my dad to call up another place because I thought surely that's taking the piss. Got the 2nd opinion back, for free, $450. I'm embarrassed & disppointed I gave them $50 of my hard earned money to take the piss out of me like that. I wouldn't recommend going here.

   Definitely wouldn't recommend for insurance work. Had my car sent here after it was crashed into while parked. Yes they did a good job of the panel and paint but thats about it. parts were below standard, wheel alignment done twice and didn't figure out it had a bent tie rod, bent wheel, broken steering rack and damaged Lbj :( Also lied about getting a mechanical assessment done, as I have had a mechanical assessment done after having my car returned to me in supposedly mint condition, and there are some major issues found that has made the vehicle undrivable and should of been repaired due to being from the impact of the incident. Ballantyne's saying it's wear and tear. 3 months after the accident and I still don't have it back to me in the condition it was before the accident. Communication was poor too

   Although we were happy with the work they have done to two of our cars recently, I was disappointed with the communication. Our work van had to be repaired while we used a personal car in the meantime (as a builder). We were told it would take 3 - 4 weeks to repair. After 4 weeks I called to check in and they informed us that the parts had only just arrived and that they were going to start working on it. In the end it was 5 and a half weeks however I don’t understand why we had to leave the car there for 4 weeks before the work started while we have damaged our personal car in the meantime working in it for so long. Some better communication would just have been great

   Absolute A Team! Outstanding professionalism. Good communication from beginning to end, fast but efficient and they had a courtesy car available for me to use whilst mine was in the shop. I work the exact same hours as the shop was open but they went above and beyond to accomodate my schedule. Thank you Team! Regards, DB - A very happy customer.
