Albany Auckland store. When first open it had a wide range of brands, Polo, Tommy, Carrhartβ¦.. Now it has one of two unknown brands. Not very attractive for the price point. The staff are great though. Very friendly and welcoming. Itβs the range that is the lacking.

Do not purchase from these scammers! Have heard nothing about my order, no problems about processing my card payment tho!! Disgusting! will be making SURE the commerce commission, consumer rights and companies office knows what happening. UPDATE: reached out to the email about my order, got a confirmation email that my refund would be processed in 7 working days. Didn't get refunded by them in that time frame, so Afterpay refunded me from a lack of response from their end.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I purchased two pairs of shoes on 31/07/2023 and successfully completed the payment on the same day. I received a confirmation email on 01/08/2023 stating that my order had been confirmed, and that I would receive another email once it is shipped. However, since then, I have not received any further updates. On 03/08/2023, I sent an email to customer service inquiring about the status of my order, as I had not received any updates. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to my email. Subsequently, on 05/08/2023, I engaged in an online live chat to request an update on my order. During the chat, I was informed that the items were out of stock due to overselling, and a refund will be processed for me. I find this situation perplexing, as at the time of my purchase, size 5 showed as "Low stock" and size 6 as "In stock." However, even after being informed that my order was out of stock, the website still indicates that sizes 5 and 6 are in "Low stock." This discrepancy raises concerns, as it suggests that the overselling issue might have been deliberate rather than a simple delay in updating stock availability. I have already reported to the Commerce Commission. I reached out to the live chat on 05/08/2023, and the assigned agent assured me that I would receive a confirmation email for my full refund within 24 hours. They also mentioned that the refund process typically takes 3-5 working days. However, it's now been over 48 hours, and I have not received any confirmation email regarding my refund. Unfortunately, the online chat is currently unavailable. I sent another email to inquire about the situation, but I haven't received a response yet. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may need to escalate the matter and report it as a potential scam to the NZ Fair Trading Act.

Company is a total scam. Ordered online on 3rd of July. Still haven't recieved a dispatch/tracking email, weeks after. Parcel hasn't arrived. Have sent two emails with no response. Phoned the customer care number and it said there was a 15 minute wait time. After 15 minutes, an automated message said it was outside of service hours and disconnected. Stay well away. Have reported to the Commerce Commision and would suggest others do the same. Simple online form to fill out.

I would strongly recommend avoiding buying online from these guys - 7 business days after ordering an item and it still hasn't been shipped. When I contact them about it I am just told they have an influx of orders and to wait up to 10 business days. I see lots of similar reviews so this is obviously something they really struggle with. No other store I have brought online from has been this bad at shipping.

Lovely clothes but NEVER buy a voucher from this store I was gifted a voucher for my birthday ( it was 150$) and went to but a pair of pants. When I went to do so they said I had minus 99 dollars on the card which is not possible. The manager was very friendly and tried to help me she originally told me it would be a one day fix however it has been over four days. They told me to come in on day two saying it was fixed. They had not fixed it and I waited Two hours in store still no fix. So I left and asked them to call me when it was fixed. Come Saturday I called to see how it was going she told me to wait till Monday as it would be fixed by then she also let me know that she wouldnβt be there for Monday but assured me that the Monday staff could fix it. On Monday I called the store to see how it was going the lady on the phone was one of the rudest people I have spoken to in a while. She said that there was no way that they could help. I asked her why the store manager would have said that if they were unable to help. She then said βI donβt know I canβt read mindsβ she had been rude and inpatient the whole time but i stayed nice and tried to be thoughtful but once she said that I just hung up. At this moment I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. I would like to add that I still love this store and the main manager is lovely but the Monday staff are not someone to bring up an issue to. (Edit I now have the pants and they kindly gave me a 20% discount)
