   I had a disappointing experience with this finance company during the preapproval process for my mortgage, which ultimately resulted in the loss of an opportunity on a property and two months of wasted time. Not only did they initially show enthusiasm and promise, but they ended up ghosting me halfway through the process. Communication was severely lacking, and it left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the status of my application. I understand that the mortgage process can be complex, but a lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable. I expected better customer service, especially during such an important financial milestone. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others to consider their options before entrusting their financial matters to them.

   Jason was the key to making our dreams come true! After years of planning our dream build and applying with different banks ourselves only to be turned down again and again, Jason found a bank that approved us quickly and easily. Communication was great both during the application and afterwards. The whole process was stress-free and it was so nice to work with someone who genuinely cared about our situation and was committed to achieving the outcome we needed. We'll be forever grateful Jase!!

   Fantastic experience with EVO Finance. Jason made the process simple from start to finish - he has a wealth of knowledge about the financial industry meaning he was able to provide key insights which really helped with our decision making. Secured our lending for rates we'll below what we had predicted/budgeted (which was awesome) AND gave us great advice re breaking existing lending / timing (24hrs later the rates went up by almost percentage point, this advice saved us thousands) Will be using EVO for all future investments and financing - thanks Jase.

   Jason have been brilliant with dealing with my queries from the start of the process to the finish. Super great communication and kept us updated on every stage of the process. Jason helped us to get everything super fast and we got our mortgage offer in possibly record time and avoid interest rate rises that kicked shortly afterwards. Truely if you want to move fast and have a busy life a good broker can be very helpful. It was such a pleasure dealing with Jason. I recommend him 100% if you guys are looking for someone who can help you get the mortgage then he is the perfect one for you!!!
