   Q card went missing. Idiots in customer service obviously go to work to eat their lunch as wouldn't take problem seriously. Have emailed their complaints address. Email kept bouncing back could not deliver. Tried phoning Flexigroup at their 09 number. Call came back could not be connected. Obviously no one wants to take responsibility for the service they are supposed to provide. Shouldn't be allowed to operate.

   Arrogant company with useless staff in their customer support team. Just takes advantage of their monopoly in the market they serve. Their supervisors are never available on the floor to take calls that need prompt escalation. Nor do they respond back when asked to do so through their CSRs. I'm not sure if this company actually have customer service supervisors at all on the floor during their normal customer support hours. Their CSRs are also full of excuses and need more and more time to do anything. Probably this is a part of their work culture - the least amount of customer support and maximum profit making from these very customers. Their call centre is also possibly an outsourced one - so no Kiwi courtesy shown by these overseas based CSRs. Bad company to deal with in all possible respect. Avoid as much as possible.

   A fraudulent transaction has not been removed from my statement. I have called and e-mailed several times, and have yet to see action or at least receive an update.

   I've been trying to figure out why every time I make a payment on my card, it gets reversed after five days. How on earth do I make payments before the interest kicks in if my payments keep getting reversed/returned to me. No one in their Manila call centre can answer me. I was put on hold 10 times and nothing came of it. I contacted my bank, and I've been told that it is the bank of Flexigroup NZ that is returning my payments.

   I'd like to give this company a half star rating. Total rip off. When you purchase an item via Noel Leeming they do not go through the terms and conditions fully. Just phoned to ask Flexigroup what interest rate we are paying on a small loan we took out in 2019 and they won't disclose it. They state that it is "commercially sensitive information". What a joke! Do NOT deal with this company unless you like being ripped off. I agree with all the other bad reviews on this site.
