   My experience was not positive. The communication was very robotic and unclear, with zero effort made to explain terms properly. They expect customers to read through lengthy terms and conditions on their own, and the interest rates seem to fluctuate depending on MTF franchise profits and losses. Their customer service also appears to lack proper internal record-keeping, as previous conversations or notes are often not acknowledged. This creates a grey area and makes resolving issues more difficult and issues created by customer service people. If you’re considering signing with them, be very careful and make sure you fully understand everything on your own, because they are unlikely to explain, they expect you to have a finance degree. In my experience, companies like MTF can end up costing you more. There are so many useless charges like admin fee, statement generating fee, settlement generated fee, even if you owe $100 you will get 100 calls and messages as if you are running away with $100. Overall it’s a rubbish experience.

   Honestly this team is the best I've been everywhere looking for a vehicle and it's alot to do but I walk in with a little hope and 1hrs I get to walk around the car dealers for my car I mean the best finance team. If you guys ever need a a car don't hesitate to stop by and chat with them they are so friendly and helpful.
