Reception staff doesn’t seem to like to interact with the healthcare consumers. Sonographer was good however, no introduction and no clear explanation of the procedure was given by her. I felt it was assumed that I know the whole procedure of my diagnostic test. The place is pretty clean and tidy though.
The place was nice. I really liked their picture on the wall in the waiting area. The people were nice and told us everything we needed to know and talked us through what we were seeing on the scan.
I couldn't be happier. What a great place. Reception were so helpful and flexible giving me an appointment time. They have a great process of moving you along to each small lounge while you wait. They explained the process and were very friendly and obviously experts in musculoskeletal MRI's as my specialist had said. Murray was the Radiologist and couldn't have been more reassuring or considerate.
Rude. Hang the phone after pretending not to hear me. Just rude.

1st ever ultrasound & my experience was amazing. The service was fantastic from the minute i walked in to the minute i left. The waiting room was well set up for COVID19 L3 & the lady on the front desk was kind, professional & very personable. The lady who did my ultrasound was kind, friendly & welcoming. She was knowledgeable & went out of her way to explain things to me. When i booked another follow up ultrasound, the team advised when & why to book at a certain date & did their best to make it a time & day that worked well for me. Highly recommend this branch.
I visited there a few weeks ago with my husband for scans. The girl who did my scan was very professional and friendly but the female receptionist who was about 45yo, had her hairs coverd probably Indian had not customer service skills at all. She is not the suitable person for that job. Very rude and had very bad attitude towards everyone. The receipts she gave us were not printed clearly. My husband asked her politely to give us a clear printed receipt as we needed to scan it to claim for our health insurance. But she resonded very rudely to my husband saying that “ thats how my printer prints.” My suggestion is that get a good receptionist instead of her and please get your printer checked as well it may needed a new ink or something else. I would only visit that place again if i havent had to face that unprofessional receptionist.
The sonographers are lovely. But the woman at reception comes across quite rude. Most times I come for scan she is on her phone and I've even seen her continue doing something on her phone while a man was standing there waiting to pay. She did not respond for a good 3-4 minutes and just left him standing there while continuing to watch something on her phone. She never has a smile on her face. Never speaks in a nice tone or manner. Honestly she comes across as quite rude. She has zero customer service skills what so ever. She never even makes eye contact half the time. Things like this, some first time parents would consider to be very exciting and special and she really dampens it alot! A smile goes a long way and so does manners. I've been there more than 4 times and she is always the same. For someone working dealing face to face with customers she completely lacks any basic customer skills. UPDATE: after a recent visit 3 weeks after posting original review she was very lovely and made a great effort to smile and be very welcoming. It was really lovely in all honesty. It's really the small things especially when you're very pregnant and quite hormonal. I hope she continues to be friendly and welcoming to further clients in the future and sincerely thank her for taking on the feedback.
