   Absolutely the worst experience I have had in many years of importing. Shipment from China came into Auckland then for whatever reason they then on sent this to New Caledonia. How could a shipment with a final destination of Auckland be on forwarder to a completely different with country with no paper work this is a huge security risk & just shows the complete incompetence of this company. This delayed my freight by 4 weeks with no compensation after this arrived back to Auckland & complained James told me as far as they were concerned there job was done & not to contact them but to contact my agent ( great customer service James !! You should be proud ). Then finally the bill came only to find the port service fees to be 200% more than normal I guess they have done this to try & cover there loss on getting the freight back from New Caledonia. We had another shipment arrive the previous day into the same port & unpacked by the same warehouse the PSC fees were $100 per CBM cheaper than there’s how could one day they are $100 more per CBM. That’s right they aren’t. People avoid this company at all costs if you ever see this company on your bill of lading demand to change it immediately.

   I received a shipment in that was handled by these people - they charged 5 times what another agent would have charged!!! Unfortunately I did not organise it so had to pay - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER !!!! That are rip off artists!

   This company was in charge of my shipment arriving in nz they asked if i wanted to use their broker and i said no so now they have decided that they can charge almost the same amount as my item cost in "fees" even after all has been cleared by customs and all fees were pre-paid they are now holding my item as a ransom for their ridiculous fees what a rip-off

   Bought caravan from China via Alibaba. first was sent to littleton illinois before I managed to get them to divert to lyttelton new zealand, van arrived damaged which they wernt interested in and their chages seem times the amount most FF charge in new zealand. they also quite clearly write their own google reviews...

   Just got shipment without any warning. Very very disappointed. Lack professionality, courtesy n communication skills. We have being regular on payment but this company is forcing me to look else where for service. Very disappointing to hear Sandra say “it’s alright”
