   If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had the worst customer experience in my life. They have taken money for a subscription I never ordered and I never got any nappies. It has been a month with no refund and have just been told i need to wait another 15-20 days. Very poor customer service and when you call the 0800 number the lady cant help you as everything is done overseas.

   Good product, terrible shipping times and service. Almost 2 weeks to a main centre in the South Island for the most recent order. Usually it’s 6 days at best.

   We have been using Terra Nappies since July last year and love them! They’re super soft and we haven’t had issues with leaks since making the switch even overnights! (My daughter drinks lots of water so is a heavy wetter) we had plenty of leaks with most other brands we had tried previously. They also draw the moisture away from your little ones skin and helps prevent nappy rash (using sudocrem aswell). The delivery is always super fast or you can get them at paknsave. Would highly recommend giving them a go! :)

   We’ve recently switched to Terra and they well and truly pass the toddler test. My 20 month old is wearing the size 4 toddler nappy pants. Zero leaks, zero nappy rash and zero irritation! Super soft and high quality nappies with easy to tear sides.

   Tried subscribing to nappies and wipes and my very first order never arrived. When I asked why they said the nappies were out of stock. I wasn’t advised that the order wouldn’t be filled - even though the wipes were in stock the entire order was not sent… the customer service on the chat system on the website was pretty poor at answering questions and wasn’t particularly helpful at all. Disappointed as I would have liked to support this local business!

   Appalling service. Had to put one star but if I could put zero I would. Had a monthly subscription set up for wipes and have been trying to cancel it for 3 months as we simply had too many wipes so wanted to pause for a few months to get through them. Despite multiple contact, and multiple assurances it had been cancelled, our credit card continues to get charged and wipes continue to get delivered. Given it is a direct debit we have now had to go through the inconvenience of cancelling the credit card to stop the payments being deducted. Highly suggest you work on your processes and customer service Terra as continuing to deduct payments when a customer has asked to cancel is simply wrong.
