   ⭐ If there was an option for 0 stars, I would choose that! One of the most unprofessional franchises we’ve ever dealt with. Since we joined, the management team in New Zealand has changed four times, and now they’re operating from Australia, which means you can go months without getting any response. There is no accountability — no one takes responsibility or provides proper answers; you’ll only get scripted responses every time. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money on this franchise. You’ll likely end up losing everything within two years. When management fails to communicate with clients and loses a contract, they’ll blame the franchisee instead of owning up to their mistakes. They lack ethics and are only focused on money. Even their Customer Service Managers (CSMs) aren’t trusted by management — several have already left and taken their clients with them. Yet, instead of addressing the real issues, they blame and penalize the cleaning companies just to avoid paying the money owed. Stay away — save yourself the stress and financial loss!

   I have been dealing with AMC for the past 2 years and so far, I have had a good relationship with all of their Service Managers. They are always friendly, open as well as easy to talk too. They handle any issues when required and action them straight away. If they cannot do asap, they then give me a timeline as to when it will happen. Awesome work done by all. Jasmine, Auto Logistics.

   we are constantly being charged for periods the city has been in Lockdown. Their finance and offices are based in Australia so when we complain about the standard of cleaning we are told to send photos and no one can visit our premises. We have had times when the cleaning has been substandard.

   We have been using AMC Commercial Cleaning for a couple of years now and find that they are excellent to deal with and very responsive to any requests that I have. This includes all of the chopping and changing over covid issues and as we are an essential service, our office was open right through these periods. Both the cleaners themselves and Dianne Chatterley have been very good to deal with this

   During the Covid-19 scare, my cleaning lady of 16 years decided to stay home during level 3 and 4 to stay safe. Without interruption to our service, AMC cleaning picked up the task in our 15 level apartment building, servicing us 5 days a week. The team they provided required virtually zero supervision, were always punctual, went about their daily checklist tasks and kept the building sparkling, worked around residents and were very respectful toward everyone. I cant thank them enough for their professionalism and work standards and can recommend them to any Building Manager looking for a cleaning solution that just works so well.

   Our company has used AMC Commercial Cleaning for our office cleaning for many years now and we will continue to do so due to the high standard of service consistently provided. We have an onsite cleaner during the day and then a full team onsite in the evening and we can never fault their work. Dealing with Alana and her team is always very straightforward and they communicate back to us regularly also. I would highly recommend Alana and her team for all your cleaning requirements.
