Retuning a commercial amount of Dulux product and had the unfortunate experience of one of the metal based paint tins collapse while being unload.. All over the Dulux Trolley and carpark area.. Fast reacting proactive team member, not only came to the rescue with a spillkit, but also provided guidance on securing the remaining similar product.. Assisted with the commercial truck being used to transport this return product so nothing could compromise any drivers behind on the motorway trip back to the city.. And they kindly wished me a great day and took care of the carpark clean up.. Not much traffic in the extra mile.. Well done Dulux. Staff training on point and containment achieved!
